    Reason Sweating While Eating In

    Assalamualaikum,

    This time I will post about sweating when eating, we as normal human beings in general sweat, sweat is good because it indicates that our body in a healthy and normal conditions. But if at the time of eating and sweat, what happened? Will certainly not uncomfortable? Especially if you're having dinner with the idol of our hearts and severity were eating with his family. Definitely will be a little shy and nervous, does not it?

    Sweat usually out by the time we were eating spicy or hot foods that cause the body temperature becomes too hot. It came out a bit excessive sweating while eating, it's quite annoying, but the actual sweat that comes out it becomes a sign that the body condition of the person is actually quite healthy.

    Sweat comes out while eating it is really due to the burning of one's body fast enough. This is because while feeding metabolic processes in the body will increase. Increasing the body's metabolism is what helps to improve the body's heat and the body will attempt to issue a discharge temperature of the heat in the form of sweat.

    Why is this often happens when we eat hot or spicy foods?. This happens due to the neural response stimulated by hot or spicy foods. Actually sweating a lot not only happen when eating hot or spicy foods, but often also develop as a result of the hot weather around us.

    But that need to be considered when sweating continuously at all times outside of what has been stated above, it could have been an indication that there is a disruption in a person's health. This usually occurs in people who suffer from diabetes or other disorders. Therefore, when that happens is a continuous sweating for no reason as stated above, should be checked by a doctor specialist in internal medicine.
